Eat REAL FOOD – Yes fruit and vegetables! Cook MORE - Avoid processed foods
Raw is not for everyone Some of us are allergic to Kale!
Know your body
Use natural probiotics like Kimchi and Kefir

MOVEMENT
Vigorous exercise can cause stress
PLAY
Avoid stagnation. Move every hour/ day
Walking meetings and calls / walk first thing in the morning
Stairs instead of elevators
Park further away
SKIN

Review ingredients in your cosmetics (Parabens, triethanolamine)
Use dirty app or ewg/skin deep.
Pay attention to Ageism/ Racism. Beauty cannot be dictated through marketing
Use DIY oils
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Vitamin E oil
Raw local honey
Make your own moisturizer with beeswax, herbs and olive oil

Understand LYMPHATICS - key to DIGESTION and the IMMUNE SYSTEM
You are the lymphatic pump therefore you NEED MOVEMENT
Avoid tight clothing especially when you’re sleeping (do not cut off your lymph nodes)
Skin brushing and lymphatic brushing helps (GENTLY)

SLEEP
Your body goes into REPAIR MODE when you sleep

FRIENDS / SOCIALIZE
Friends increase your sense of well-being and purpose
Follow blogs that are inspirational / positive

Take on what you’re ready for –
