Our virtual mindfulness session, “Declutter Your Mind,” provides employees with micro steps to build awareness, prioritization, and a sense of calm to start their work day.

How Does It Work?

Guided by a mindfulness-based cognitive therapist and certified Heart Math instructor, employees will learn:

  • Mindful movements and breathwork practices 

  • Education on the neuroscience of pain

  • Tools to release tension in your muscles and how to prevent tightness in the shoulders, neck, lower back and hips

 

Virtual Mindfulness sessions can be done seated on a chair during your work day.
